Forma o docente e dispositivo grupal: aprendizagens e significa es imaginárias no espa o biográfico = Teacher training and device group: learning and imaginary significations in the biografic space

O Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Educa o e Imaginário Social – GEPEIS – come ou a questionar-se sobre a importancia do grupo de pesquisa para a forma o docente. Almeja-se, nesta pesquisa, conhecer as possibilidades de pensar o grupo como um dispositivo de forma o; identificar os saberes e as representa es construídas pelas pessoas que compartilham a experiência da produ o coletiva em um grupo de estudos e pesquisas; contribuir para a sustenta o de alternativas teóricas no campo da forma o de professores. Busca-se, através das trajetórias de forma o dos sujeitos, conhecer as aprendizagens, as significa es imaginárias e a possibilidade de ver o grupo como um dispositivo de forma o. Nesses resultados, uma característica forte mencionada pelos sujeitos foi a diversidade como fator positivo no grupo, o intercambio de ideias, pensamentos, aprendizagens e vivências que esse espa o coletivo pode proporcionar. The Research and Study Group in Education and Social Imaginary – GEPEIS – has come to question about the importance of the group space for the professor formation. We direct towards getting to know the possibilities of considering the group as a formation tool, identifying knowledge and the representations built by the people that share the experience of the collective production in a research and study group; also, contributing for the support of the theoretical alternatives in the professor formation field. Through the different subject formation paths we aim at cognizing learning, the imaginary significations and the possibility of perceiving the group as a formation tool. The diversity as a positive factor in the group, the exchange of ideas and thoughts, the acquired learning and life experiences that this collective space is able to provide was a strong characteristic which was mentioned by the subjects once we analyzed the results.
