Teoria crítica, reconhecimento social e política educacional: uma análise do discurso do Programa Nacional de Inclus o de Jovens = Critical theory, social recognition and educational policy: a discourse analysis of the National Youth Inclusion Program

Este artigo analisa o discurso do ProJovem a partir de seu Projeto Político Pedagógico, que tem por objetivo desenvolver o protagonismo juvenil por meio da escolariza o, da orienta o ao mundo do trabalho e do desenvolvimento de a es comunitárias. Do ponto de vista teórico-metodológico, este trabalho está situado na esteira da recente teoria social, nos desdobramentos da categoria do reconhecimento social, cuja utiliza o está associada à teoria pós-crítica, a Charles Taylor, a Nancy Fraser e a Axel Honneth. Tal abordagem permite a configura o de profícuo instrumento no entendimento da forma o discursiva de política públicas, particularmente, o ProJovem, com o intuito de ressaltar, por um lado, o reconhecimento simbólico, por meio da ênfase no protagonismo juvenil e na participa o paritária da comunidade, e, por outro lado, o reconhecimento distributivo, via escolariza o e inicia o ao trabalho. This paper analyzes the discourse ProJovem from its political-pedagogical project. From the standpoint of theoretical and methodological work that is located in the wake of recent social theory, developments in the category of social recognition, whose use is associated with postcritical theory, Charles Taylor, Nancy Fraser and Axel Honneth. This approach allows the configuration tool useful in understanding the discursive formation of public policy, particularly ProJovem, whose goal highlights on the one hand, symbolic recognition by emphasizing the role of youth and the equal participation of the community and on the other hand in recognition distributive, through education and work initiation.
