CATEGORIAL APPARATUS OF ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT EFFICIENCY EVALUATION

The current state of economic processes is characterized by instability and the search for effective development paradigms of production, relations of production and society as a whole. The widespread use of the category "efficiency" is not supported by the generally accepted interpretations of essence, objectives, conditions and restrictions on its use.The article formed a chain of interrelated categories such as "efficiency" – "types of efficiency" – "efficiency indicators" – "efficiency criterion" – "estimation of efficiency" – "development projects" – "development of the enterprise" that define components of the common evaluation process of enterprise development. The scheme of dependence of the level enterprise development phases on the method for assessing information-institutional situation, conditions of efficiency occurrence and level of stakeholders satisfaction was developed in the article. To understand the essence of the enterprise such the interactions were considered: a) public and private – information-institutional environment and internal organization of economic activity; b) the accumulation and consumption – the growing needs of stakeholders as the final result of activities and the need to expand the existing capacity of the result reproduction.It was proved that the evaluation of the enterprises efficiency development is the process of determining the objective conditions that characterize the qualitative aspect of the sources and transition processes of the enterprise potential from one state to another, a more perfect state.
