An Ensemble with Encoded Inputs Arbitrated By a Recurrent Neural Network for Web Services Reliability Prediction

The rapid expansion of information technologies in almost all sectors of the society induces software in our days. Software reliability prediction becomes a very important research subject because itnot just improves software quality but also can reduces development cost.
