An Unusual Case of Pulmonary Adenocarcinoma with Multiple and Extraordinary Metastases

Pulmonary adenocarcinoma is one of the major types"nof lung cancers and metastasis is not uncommon for"npulmonary adenocarcinoma. We have found a case with"nmultiple metastases that after reviewing the literature,"nit is understood that some of them, including muscular,"ncutaneous, peritoneal and pancreatic metastases are"nreally rare and it is actually extraordinary that all these"nfeatures occur in one patient. On the other hand, just"nin this case, we found a rare normal anatomic variation:"ndouble IVCs.
