Modern management in vertebral metastasis

Vertebral metastases (VB) remain a realchallenge in spine surgeons. Recentadvancements in surgical techniques andoncological management allow a moreaggressive approach of the patient with sucha pathology, with better results in terms ofdecreasing pain, improvement of the qualityof life. The aim of this paper is to reviewthe optimal surgical planning in metastaticspinal tumors.
