Mediastinal Paraganglioma: Specific EndoscopicUltrasound Features

Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) features of mediastinal paraganglioma have not been described. In this paper, we report a femalepatient presented with cough and chest pain without any neuroendocrinal symptoms. Final diagnosis of mediastinal paragangliomawas made on thoracoscopic biopsy and immunohistochemistry after EUS-guided fine needle aspiration. EUS features of mediastinalparaganglioma are described.
