Determination of Diphenyldichlorosilane by Capillary Gas Chromatography

Abstract:
In the paper, an improved capillary gas chromatographic method is described for the analysis of phenyl trichloro silane. A lot of problems, such as, blocking of jet and spliting tube, were solved, when the organic silane samples were analysed by Model 1102 gas chromatograph. Accuracy and precision of this method are acceptalbe.
