Abstract:

本实验先用氧瓶燃烧法将鱼样中氯、氮、硫元素转变为阴离子，再以水为吸收液，用离子色谱法同时测定溶液中各阴离子的含量。本法具有吸收完全、检测快速准确、干扰少等特点，适用于生物样品中多种无机元素的同时测定。
