n this paper, some factors affecting the purification of interleukin-2 (IL-2) have been summarized, such as ion strength, gradient program and selection of flow rate etc. We can conclude that in reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, for sample in high salt concentration, the salt should be removed before the sample was injected into the column in order to avoid sedimentation in the column and pipeline.
