Simultaneous Determination of Three Components of Trimethoprim-Sulfadiazine-Sulfamethoxazole Tablets by Thin-Layer Chromatography Scanning
薄层色谱扫描法同时测定增效联磺片中三组分含量的研究

A new thin-layer chromatographic scanning method was established for the simultaneous determinationof three components of trimethoprim(TMP)-sulfadiazine(SD)-sulfamethoxazole(SMZ)tablets afterdevelopment with 33%chloroform in water saturated ethyl acetate as a developing solvent on silica GF_(254)plate. The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible.
