n this paper,a method for evaluating the equation of chromatographic dynamics has been suggested,and the relationships between column efficiency,parameters on chromatographic peak shape and distributioncoefficient,linear velocity of mobile phase and sample size have also been investigated,Author considers that,there are two reasons in forming unsymmetrical peak shape,one is dynamics and the other is thermodyna-mics,but the latter is major one.
