Determination of Taurine by the Method of Pre-ColumnDerivatization on High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)

Abstract:
his paper presents a method for determining the taurine in animal body or in drug preparation by HPLC. Taurine reacted with 2,4-dinitro flurobenzene(DNFB)by pre-column derivatization and formed their derivatives(DNP-Taurine ),which was detected by ultraviolet detector(wavelength 360nm).This method is simple, fast accurate and reproducible.
