Abstract:

研究了适于分离检测四环素类药物的高效液相色谱荧光检测方法。为提高分析灵敏度，使用了柱后调节ｐＨ技术。探讨了ｐＨ以及胶束浓度对荧光强度的影响。四种药物的检出限达８．０～７５．６ｐｇ的水平。
