Abstract:

用带梯度洗脱系统的高效液相色谱仪配制国产色谱柱和试剂，荧光（紫外）检测外科病人尿中３－甲基组氨酸的含量，考察了３－甲基组氨酸与尿中其他氨基酸和杂质的分离情况以及方法的特异性，为临床手术治疗后病人的康复提供了有价值的参考。
