Abstract:

应用气相色谱法测定了恶性血液病患者（急性淋巴细胞白血病、急性粒细胞性白血病，淋巴瘤）血浆中主要游离脂肪酸的浓度。所有恶性血液病患者血浆中几个主要的游离脂肪酸浓度，大多数比正常值显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。
