Quantitative Determination of Free Organic Acids in Chinese Liquors

Abstract:
simple and accurate method for the determination of free organic acids(FOA)in Chinese liquors is de-ibed. After being neutralized and concentrated,underivatized FOA can be directly injected into a capillary umn. Twenty free fatty acids and three phenyl carboxylic acids have accurately been determined throughidentification with gas chromatography-mass speetrometry and quantificption by using three internal standards. The repeatability is good.
