Thin-Layer Chromatographic Analysis of Adenine Metabolins in Potato
马铃薯体内腺嘌呤代谢物的薄层色谱法

y using thin-layer chromatography the contents of cytokinins in the leaves,stolons and tubers of potato in different photoperiods were analysed.The results showed that no cytokinins were found as expected ,but two kinds of metabolins,that is,adenine and adenosine,were detected.The contents of adenine and adenosine are high and change regularly.
