Abstract:

建立了山药中尿囊素的高效液相色谱分析方法，样品用甲醇－水（９０：１０，Ｖ／Ｖ）提取，在氨基柱上进行高效液相色谱分析，紫外检测波长２２４ｎｍ，流动相为甲醇－水（８０：２０，Ｖ／Ｖ）。相对标准偏差为２．０％（ｎ＝５），尿囊素的回收率为９８．８％。
