The Determination of Seven Water-Soluble Vitamins and Eighteen Amino Acids in Suaeda Salsa(L)Pall Juice by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:
Suaeda salsa (L) pall is a wild plant widely distributed in the eastern part of China. In this work eighteen amino acids and seven vitamins present in the plant were analysed for the first time by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatographic separation and UV detection. For the amino acids, pre-column derivatization with 1-fiuoro-2,4-dinitrobenzene was adopted. These results provide a scientific foundation for exploiting and utilizing Suaeda Salsa(L) Pall.
