Nationalization of Packing Materials of Japanese On-Line Gas Chromatographic Columns for Feed Gas Analysis in Propylene Oxide Production

The paper reports the nationalization work of the packing materials of on-line gas chromatographic columns made in Japan for the feed gas analysis in propylene oxide production. The system was made of five different columns. The injection of sample gases was controlled by valves. After a lot of tests and compa risons, we select four kinds of stationary phases to replace those of original columns. The application in practical work is satisfactory.
