Separation of Monosaccharides and Polylols in Arsenite Buffer by Capillary Electrophoresis with Laser Interference Refractive Index Detection

Abstract:
he electrophoretic behaviors of mono-saccharide-arsenite complexes and polylol-arsenite complexeswere investigated by capillary electrophoresis with laser interference refractive index detection. The effects ofpH,arsenite concentration and configuration of monosaccharides and polylols on the effective mobilities ofthem were discussed in detail.The results showed that in the arsenite buffer monosaccharides and polylolshave sharp and good symmetric peak and good selectivities. Thus a new separation method of monosacchardes and polylols is presented.
