Abstract:

使用２．１μｍ的单分散无孔硅胶作为基体，表现化学键合Ｃ８和Ｃ１８非极性固定相，并在这种键合相和相关的大孔硅胶上考察了蛋白质分离的色谱性能。实验表明，梯度冲洗下该固定相能使核糖核酸酶、胰岛素、溶菌酶、牛血清蛋白和卵清蛋白得到好的分离，分析速度快、效率高，为生物大分子的高效液相色谱分离开辟了另一条途径。
