Determination of Sophoridine in Human Serum by Capillary Gas Chromatography

Abstract:
An effective capillary gas chromatographic method for determination of sophoridine in human serum was established. Sophoramine was used as internal standard. The minimum detectable limit of the method was 0 05 mg/L. The calibration curve was linear from 0.1 to 30mg/L for sophoridine in serum. Recoveries exceeded 91.7% in serum. The coefficients of variation of within day and between day assay were less than 8 9%. The present method has been applied to the sophoridine pharmacokinetics study of cancer patients.
