Brief Commentary on 21st Century European Data Encryption Stand ard Candidate Algorithms

Abstract:
In this paper, the basic design ideas, recent analysis results and validity of the 17 NESSIE (new european schemes for signat ures, integrity, and encryption) candidate algorithms are introduced.
