Comparison of Methods of Genomic DNA Extraction from Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe
美花石斛基因组DNA提取方法的比较

Five methods of genomic DNA extraction from Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe were compared. DNA was detected by electrophoresis, UV and RAPD-PCR. DNA bands showed that the modified CTAB and carbamide methods are better than the other four methods including CTAB, carbamide, high salt and low pH, SDS and Chen methods.
