Degree Reduction of Interval B-Spline Curves
区间B样条曲线的降阶

Two different algorithmic approaches, the integral method and the piecewise degree reduction method, to the degree reduction of interval B-spline curves are presented. Examples are provided to demonstrate the algorithms and to compare the two different approaches. The experimental results show that the piecewise degree reduction method is generally more efficient and produces tighter bound than the integral method.
