The study examines and analyzes the transformation conditions of agricultural resources exploitation into market economy in zhuanglang County of Yulingou- the fourth. Stage small experimental watershed at middle reaches of the Yellow River in the third auxiliary district of the loess hilly-gully area, explains the guiding principle for future development of the agricultural resources, and raises countermeasures for strengthening their integrated development.
