Tracing and Assessing the Losses of Ocean Resource Assets in China

The ocean resource assets are the material base of the development of oceanic economy and its losses would even threaten the stable movement of the national economy.The substantial amount of losses occurred in the process of using the ocean resource assets in china.Therefore,it should be attached great importance to this phenomenon.This article studied the loss issue of the ocean resource assets.Firstly,this article defined the ocean resource assets and its classification,and analyzed the characteristics of nature and humanity of ocean resource assets and explored the factors which affect the value of ocean resource assets.Furthermore,we traced and assessed the loss of ocean resource assets of our country at the present time.In response to the situation of the great losses of ocean resource assets,the ideas and methods which are conductive to tracing and assessment of China's ocean resource assets are developed in this paper. Using this method to evaluate the loss of ocean resource assets can make us clearly aware of the degree of ocean resource loss so that we can take some steps to solve the problems.At last,this article analyzed the causes that lead to the loss of ocean resource assets from such three dimensions as unit value,quantity and mixed factor.
