Abstract:
China state innovation system consists of not only knowledge innovation system and technical innovation system but, owing to China's national conditions, also of system and institutional innovation system, concept and cultural innovation system as well as knowledge infrastructure and management engineering system. This paper focuses specially on the important position and role of system and institutional innovation to the construction of China's state innovation system, and even more on its important composition. It conducts specific studies by taking five system and institutional innovation cases of enterprise, science and technology, land, financial and household registration as examples.
