BIODIVERSITIES OF GIANT PANDA''''S HABIT IN CHANGQING NATURE RESERVE AND PROTECTIVE COUNTERMEASURES

Abstract:
The Changqing nature reserve being tended for the g iant panda and the forest ecosystem, is one of the species regions with rich bio diversities in the Qingling Mountains. There are 1792 species of seed plants bel onging to 146 families, including 29 rare and endangered plant species and 30 ge nera of endemic genera of China along with 248 vertebrate species, including 30 species of animals under state protection. The characteristics of the fauna and flora show the ancient of historical origin and the transition from temperate zo ne to subtropical zone. Certain pressing issues existed in the region are analys ed and countermeasures for the future biodiversity protection and sustainable de velopment of the region are approached.
