On New Concepts of Natural Resources Adaptable to Sustainable Development Thought

Concepts of natural resources are basic theoretical problems in resources science, implying basic viewpoints on natural resources. They do affect relevant issues on exploitation, evaluation, planning, allocation, conservation, management, development and utilization of natural resources. Different concepts will result in different behaviors and different effects from resources utilization. In accordance with the popular sustainable development thoughts, ten new concepts of natural resources are discussed in the paper, including resource temporal concept, resource value concept, resource moral concept, resource institutional concept, etc.
