STUDY ON APPRAISAL METHODS OF AGRICULTURAL LAND
农业用地评估方法研究

Three appraisal methods comparatively suitable for China's agricultural land are raised,i.e.the cost approach,the income approach and base land price approach.Principles and application of the above mentioned three methods are presented and analyzed in the paper.
