DESIGN ON LAND DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT DECISION-MAKING SUPPORT SYSTEM AND ITS APPLICATION: A CASE STUDY TO FUQING CITY
福清市土地开发与管理决策支持系统设计及应用

A new paradigm and associated approach,based on data analysis and functions decomposition theory,to land development and management decision\|making support system based on \!3S\" comprehensive spatial information techniques was presented by taking Fuqing city of Fujian as a case.The data analysis model based on entity\|relationship (E\|R) diagram was identified and the resulting data flow and logical/physical structures were also illustrated.The integrated system was implemented to monitor and update the land use changes in Shangjing Township.In addition,the efficiency and characteristics of application were discussed.
