TENTATIVE STUDY ON CURRENT STATE IN BASIC FIELD CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT PROSPECT IN CONTIGUOUS AREA OF JIN-SHAN-MONG
晋陕蒙接壤区基本农田建设现状和发展远景的初步研究

Basic field accounts for 21.8% of the total cultivated land in the contiguous area of Jin-Shan-Mong but its grain output makes up 67.41% of the total. It is thus clear that basic field capital construction will be decisive to the extent of production increase and to the change of the existing farming practice of extensive cultivation in the area.
