he coordination of development of township enterprises with environmental and resources has become a major issue on development in relation with environment in China' Relative sparation of industry from agriculture and the establishment of township industrial region provides an effective way for the improvement of both quality and efficiency of township enterprises and intensification of "optimization via recombination" and scale management of township enterprises; serves as one of the basic tasks for environmental protection and realization of effective utilization of resources; and another one of the tasks for the improvement of agricultural labour productivity and accomplishment of scale management of agriculture.
