In this paper, the contents of amino acids and trace elements in Sambucus williamsii Hance fruits were determined by using Aaa, Icp, Instrument of highperformance liquid chromatogram. The nutrient data for further exploitation and utilization of Sambucus williamsii Hance was provided in the study.
