OPTIMAL REGULATION MECHANISM AND MODELS OF REGIONAL LAND USE SYSTEM
区域土地利用系统优化调控的机理与模式

Based on the analysis of the constituent factors, hierarchical structure and fun ctionary mechanism of regional land use system,the paper gives a systematic stud y of the optimal principles and objectives of land use system by using the theor y and methodology of system science.The land use system,in which four aspects re lated to optimal objective regulation including reasonability of land quantitati ve structure,the equilibrium of land spatial layout,the relative stable way of l adn use and sustainability of land use,is regarded as an open and multi hierarc hical interrelated system.According to the above discussed,the hierarchical stru cture models and structure function ones of optimal regulation of land use syst em are built.Viewing from the integrated coordination objectives of regional lan d resources system and norms of sustainable development,four types of models of the optimal regulation of regional land use system, namely, main economic benefi t, sustainable coordination, main body interaction and advancement, and suitable matching are put forward. Finally, taking Yueqin city as an example, based on c lassification of land use types, the optimal planning of land use system are adv anced using models of linear programmes and in accordance with the norms of the best economic benefit and sustainable land use.
