STUDIES ON THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF GINKGO SEED
银杏种实生长发育过程的研究

Results of experiments on the growth and development process of Fo-zhi seed (Ginkgo biloba,CV.)between 1987 and 1988 indicated that the growth dynamic state of the seed diameter,volume,fresh and dry weight are espressed as a single-sigmoid curve.The diameter of the seed began to increase rapidly followed by fresh weight and volume,and then dry weight.Significant positive correlation appeared among seed and its various tissues in a certain period of time.
