THE FACTOR-ENERGY EVALUATION MODEL OF AGRICULTURAL NATURAL RESOURCES UTILIZATION EFFICIENCY AND ITS APPLICATION

The key point of natural resources utilization is to enhance its utilization efficiency, which is the fundamental way to protect natural resources, and thus, to achieve its sustainable utilization. Therefore, to explore the factors restricting resources utilization with high efficiency is becoming important. Concerning the features of energy movement and the changes of crop production process, the course of crop production was divided into a series of fictitious steps, each of them including and important factor, and then the factor-energy model composed of loss volume, loss ratio and utility ratio of energy was set up. Applied to Ningjin County, Shangdong province, the factor-energy evaluation model was proved to be practical, and results fairly accorded with the actual situation of crop production within that county.
