促进我国东西部经济繁荣的结合点——对晋陕蒙接壤区经济建设的几点建议

Papers in this Special Issue on discussions of water, land, agriculture and pasture, energy, environment and population in the contiguous area of Jin-Shan-Mong demonstrate that both location and economic development of the area is of special significance in position and function. Suggestions covering five aspects are thus raised on economic development of the area.
