PLANNING AND ALLOCATION OF ENERGY EXPLOITATION IN CONTIGUOUS AREA OF JIN-SHAN-MONG

The development scale of coal, electricity, and natural gas in the contiguous area of Jin-Shan-Mong depends not only on the amount of rersources, but is also constrained to the demand, transformation and transportation conditions with particularly the case of coal. Presently, coal transportation capacity is inadequate which will go on to be an essential factor influencing coal development scale over the future decade. Large scale exploitation of coal and electricity is just on an initial stage, natural gas prospecting has gained vital breakthrough which will be entering into the stage of exploiting while being prospected. Potential in oil deve lopment is predicted not to be so great because of moderate reserve. Based on resources evaluation of the area,the paper gives a further analysis on the development scale and allocation of coal, electricity and natural,gas as well as issues on the construction of coal and electricity base that may occur. Measures and suggestions in coping with these issues are put forward accordingly.
