The Study of Sounding Rain Profile by the Combination of round-Based and Spaceborne Radar
双基雷达联合探测降水廓线的研究

The author suggests a new method, that is, the combination of two radar working on different platforms. What the author used as the case is some data selected from the HUBEX in 1998 and the TRMM PR data. Selecting a typical rain profile and correcting it by the ground-based radar data, the author concludes that the TRMM PR data are better than the ground-based radar data in the upper part of the rain area and are less satisfying than the later from the so called " zero-temperature level" to the surface.
