STUDIES ON CURRENT STATUS OF MANGO RESOURCES AND THE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY
我国芒果资源状况及加工技术研究

Rapid development of mango, the tropical fruit resources, has been witnessed recently in China. But, however, the storage and processing still lag behand. The paper briefs the current status in mango resources and their production in China, introduces new technology in mango storage and refreshment with special emphasis on research results relating to production technology of mango powders and raises feasible skills of production.
