A STUDY ON BEE POLLEN RESOURCE AND ITS EXPLOITATION AND UTILIZATION PROSPECTS IN FUJIAN

The article deals with bee pollen resource in Fujian Province,reports analytical results of nutrient components,including protein,soluble sugar,fatty acid,amino acids,vitamins and mineral elements.It also eiscusses their physiological runctions and medical value of bee pollens.A series of bee pollen products are introduced which provides scientific basis and methods on bee pollen processing for the resource exploitation.
