With reference to the articles of 2004 Fall meeting of AGU,we collect and read the latest articles related to seismic tomography,and discuss the advance and development of seismic tomography in the aspects as 1) inverse and forwarding method of seismic tomography;2) multi-phases seismic tomography;3) implication of tomography in figuring rock properties and thermal state;4) multi-scale and irregular seismic tomography;5) other tomography and joint imaging technology.
