Research on Wear Behavior of Ni-Cu-P Coating in Different Mediums
化学镀Ni -Cu -P 镀层在3 种腐蚀介质中冲蚀行为的研究

Wear behavior of Ni-Cu-P coating was discussed by changing the parameters such as different medium,concentration of solution,liquid velocity,wear hour and impact angle.The results shows that the wear behavior of Ni-Cu-P coating in 2%(wt%)NaOH medium can reach the best performance.Wear loss increases as concentration of solution increases in dilute hydrochloric acid.There is a critical liquid velocity,and wear loss increases with liquid velocity increases,the former dependence of the latter follows the simpl...
