指出了JJG924-1996<转矩转速测量装置>中对转矩转速示值测量不确定度评定时存在的4个问题.同时给出了对转矩转速示值引用误差进行测量不确定度评定的一种新方法,给出了一个实例来说明该方法的具体应用.
