THE NUMERICAL METHODS FOR SOLVINC THE FIRST BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM OF THE SECONDORDER ELLIPTIC PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION WITH TWO SMALL PARAMETERS

By use of singular perturbation theory, a difference scheme for the first boundary valueproblem of the second-order elliptic partial differential equation with two small parametersis constructed, and the numerical solution is proved to converge to the solution of the singularperturbation problem uniforly with respect to the small parameters. A numerical example isgiven. The numerical results are in accordance with the theoretical analysis.
