A Study on the Tribological Characteristics of Sputtering MoS2 and PTFE Solid Lubrication films in Case of Boundary Lubrication
溅射MOS_2膜和PTFE膜在边界润滑条件下的摩擦学性能之研究

The tribological properties of sputtering MoS2 and PTFE solid lubrication films under boundary lubrication were investigated in this paper. The results shoved that as compared with uncoated bearing steel, these two kinds of solid lubrication film were of sound adhesion-resistance, anti-friction and good embedability for hard particles. It was compared to MoS2 film, wear of PTFE film is light at the same load.
